The Port of Stephenville is dedicated to providing professional and responsible port services to the companies, captains, and crews who use our port facilities and services. For all port management and staff, security and safety are of utmost importance in the daily operations.
The Port of Stephenville operates year round and is a sheltered, deep sea and ice free port.
We service international and national ships, fishing, aggregate, container and special freight. We're capable of accommodating most vessels, freight handling, storage and trans-shipments, and we have a Custom Bonded Warehouse facility on the dock.
The Port is directly connected to the Trans Canada Highway (16 KMs Away) by Highway 490 (1.5 KMs Away) and is adjacent to the Stephenville International Airport.
