The Community Education Network for Southwestern Newfoundland (CEN) is a well-established not-for-profit community collaborative.   Originally founded in 1991 as the Port au Port Community Education Initiative, over the past 32 years the Network has since expanded to include the southwestern region of the island.  It is an umbrella organization which facilitates an array of community education and partnership development initiatives and provides a wide range of community-based programs and services to meet identified needs.
